I’m considering picking up some boutique bundles and am trying to find file size info to figure out if I need a bigger SIM (I assume I do) and if so what size. I’m not seeing file size info in the store, is that info available somewhere? Thanks!
The largest SD card you can use is 32GB. Get a couple of those. 1 for your project, 1 as a backup. 32GB Class 10 cards. A BB kit for original BB can be up to 100mb. A BB2 kit can be up to 425MB, if I recall correctly. Songs are very small, usually less than 100Kb.
The size of the BeatBuddy_2_Default_Content_v1.2-Project_SD_Card loaded with all of the Boutique content is 2.48Gb (this includes all of the default content [beats and drum sets], Boutique Beats, Boutique drum sets [as well as the Vintage Machine content]).
You should have enough room on a 4Gb SDHC Class 10 card however, as Phil_Flood suggests, you should get a couple 32Gb SDHC Class 10 cards. No need to format new ones out of the wrapper as they’re already formatted. Do not buy expensive SD cards for videography. Do not buy or use micro-SD cards either. The 32Gb cards should meet your needs today and well into the future.
