I recently purchased a used Beat Buddy and am making a list of all the songs I have. I found the online Singular Sound Song Matching Tool and have been submitting songs that I need Beats for that are not already in their catelogue. I assume they respond to reequests for a Song Match via my email address that I fill in when reequesting a match. How long does it normally take to get song match responses from SS ?
I’m not sure that Singular Sound has been performing this function but you can find out by contacting Support, support@singularsound.com
You can always search for your song on the forum and if it’s not available, post a request. You might also find the Meta BeatBuddy (BB) group helpful.
