Hi,
it would be nice to have some kind of a song arranger for creating a self-playing song. Like start with part 1 (repeat it only one time) when part 1 is finished start the next part and play it two times and then go to the next part etc. Like in this image I made (in this case for the 6x6 mode)

This entire machine would be so much more powerful if it had what amounts to MPCs song mode and their copy and paste (both part and track) function. So many weird features and then you have all the ingredients to make a powerful songwriting and arranging tool and then for whatever reason you just dont. Seems like the developers maybe come from a live mixing slash ambient background and not a traditional songwriting background but its so frustrating because everything you need is already right there. Song mode is what youre describing and has existed on MPCs for like 20 years.

That’s interesting. Aeros seems very song-focused to me, and the fact that it lacks track and part sequencing and sampler features doesn’t much undermine that impression since these are unusual in a stompbox looper. It also lacks live sound-oriented features like per-track output routing, and the ambient loop decay feature still hasn’t been properly implemented.
Aeros is very song-focused in creating but not in playing songs I think.
