Songs showing 0kb on SD card

Hi there

I recently updated the firmware on my studio to 5.3.4 after not using it for a while and loaded up some saved songs from the SD card. They played ok, but then I’m not sure what happened, like I don’t remember deleting anything but now those songs are empty, i.e. still listed but showing 0kb and after loading, nothing happens.

Anyone heard of this or know of a fix?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, once a song is deleted, it cannot be restored. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I haven’t heard similar reports from other customers, so I’m not sure what could have happened.
