Step it Up and Go (Blind Boy Fuller, 1939) - OPB

This is classic Blues. Originally the midi was only the guitar with a stomp box in the background. Here. I fleshed it out a bit. Using LPXI, I did a simple bassline, added a “session drummer” for percussion and played around with it from there. I did keep to the verse/solo arrangement as in the original (posted below). The LPXI Midi file was then passed to BBMO for further refinement.

The zip includes the midi, the pdf and the song. A few of the verses are, shall I say, risqué? Double meanings???

Kit used is NP Brushes Upright 0-31.

PDF has everything you need, tab, outline of the intro structure etc.

*NOTE: My postings have the entire song in the OUTRO. The NULL in the main is a placeholder that allows you to watch the BB for the tempo, etc. Trigger the outro for the entire song. I do it this way so that IF you gig, the song ends appropriately and DOES NOT LOOP.
