Tempo change for recorded loops

Hi there

I’m switching my looping rig from a Boss RC500 to the Aeros Loop Studio. So far it’s a great upgrade but I would love to be able to change the tempo of a recorded loop (or backing track) on a song that is saved on the Aeros.
It’s very easy to do it with the RC500 and I use this feature a tiny bit live to speed up a song but it is very useful for rehearsing new song when we are not sure about the tempo yet.

We work with drum backing track so if I want to change the tempo of a drum loop with the Aeros I have to go back to my daw, export the file, load it in the SD card, load it in the song and save which is fairly time consuming.

If possible, I’d love to see this feature implemented in the Aeros even if the sound quality of the loop drops a bit when the tempo is changed

Thanks for the detailed feedback.

At the moment, it’s not possible to change the tempo of a recorded loop on the Aeros. The only workaround is to save the tracks to your computer, adjust the tempo in your DAW, and then reimport them as backing tracks into a new loop.
