I think we all give praises per our little drummer in the silver can, but i just wanted to share my experience with their customer service.
I was having stability issues with my Beatbuddy, contacted support, told them what was up, they asked me to send a video showing the problem…they took care of it asap. Their interaction with me was faster than any company ever, from the time i contacted them, till i sent my unit back was probably 2 days. Sorry to beat a dead horse if this is the norm, i wouldn’t expect too many problems with the Beatbuddy, it’s built like a tank.
No hyperbole, the Beatbuddy is the best pedal ever made, and their customer service is second to none…they are the standard for customer service.
