As Beat buddy has powerful processor ARM Cortex-A8 (same? as in Beagle Bone Black) It would be possible to have similar functionality to BB too. That would be great!

Other features I would like to see in BB:

  • record new beats directly from midi input. I wish I could connect my Yamaha electronic drum kit midi output to BB input and set up new beats directly without computer
  • midi input control so more features could be triggered with simple midi key panel
  • play also midi files directly from SD card without SNG generation
  • Guitar tuner
  • simple looper that match looping to beat

Yes, I already thought about most of these features as well.
It would be very cool to have them eventually!
