i think whatever velocity the midi is using to trigger the sampler in the count in intro is to high (110 to 127)
it would be nice if we could control the count in volume as a general set up in our beatbuddy pedal

Right click on the intro track of your song, and select ‘edit’. It will open up the MIDI editor in which you will be able to adjust the velocity levels accordingly.
