Trouble with Instalation

I am probably asking a question that has been asked a lot of times but
I have spent the best part of the afternoon trying to import project from pedal
I have downloaded the software and I see it in my documents but each time
I try to import it it says ( selected location does not contain project).
Also I have the SD card inserted into the beatbuddy and plugged into my USB
The file is BBW workspace , I run a Windows 7 64 bit so I am a little
bewildered why it wont import
Any Help would be much appreciated

Most likely you try File > Open Project. You need to use Import-Export > Import Project from Pedal, then select either the unpacked content of downloaded SD card archive, or the root of the SD card by selecting the drive letter that you get when plugging your BeatBuddy to USB.

If you want my honest opinion, current BBManager interface with the heap of different options that should do the same is… a bit less than ideal. I strongly expect to improve that over time.

I am even using the same (Peazip they use in the tutorial to unzip file.
Very frustrated as I have now been trying to download this for the last 3 Days

  1. Download SD card archive
  2. Unpack it. Let’s say you unpacked it to ‘C:\Users\bobd53\Desktop\BB’.
  3. Use Import-Export > Import Project from Pedal in the BBManager.
  4. Select exact location of unpacked archive. In this example ‘C:\Users\bobd53\Desktop\BB’. Make sure you select this folder, not some internal folder, not any other folders, not a downloaded archive.
