Trying to sync Logic and the BB

Hello Everyone,

I find difficult to control the BeatBuddy “Beats Routing” with Logic. Basically what I want to do is to start the recording with Logic and as soon as I press REC the BeatBuddy and Logic need to start on the same BEAT 1 BAR 1. At the moment I can send the midi clock from logic to the BB but I want the BB to reset is routing beats when I press Rec.

If someone has either a solution at this problem or can suggest me another way to do that it will be REALLY appreciated.

You probably want to send a Start MIDI command when you click record in Logic. That’s according to the BB MIDI Manual.

And you might need to check the MIDI Synchronization settings in Logic:
