Two Set Lists of Songs

I am trying to easily create two sets of songs.

  1. I created two empty set lists using BB Loader, Set 1 & Set 2.
  2. I want to add songs, like Stuck in the Middle with You, that are from https://beatbuddysonglist.com/
  3. I want to remove intros and outros wherever possible to simplify them.

For example, how do I take Blues 1, remove parts of it and then add it to my set list 1 or 2 without modifying the original Blues 1?

I get confused between the crossover between BBM and BBL.

Use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) for this

  1. Select Blues 1
  2. File - Export - Song (to your desktop; you can rename the song as part of the export process)
  3. Select new destination folder in the BBM
  4. File - Import - Song (from your desktop)
  5. Edit your song by deleting the sections, change tempo, etc
  6. Save Project

@persist do I need to Save the Project or just synchronize to SD Card? I get confused about the saving part as there are so many references out there.

A good rule of thumb is to Always Save, Synchronize Often.

When using the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) to manage your project, save it often so that your work is always stored on your computer.
If you intend to use the BeatBuddy (BB) right away, synchronize your project to your SD card (but if you’re using a Mac and synchronize does not work, then BBM > File > Export > Project to SD card). Otherwise wait until you are done using the BBM to sync to your card.
