Unable to access the Settings Menu on my BeatBuddy

Hello @BeatBuddy_Support , @BrennanSingularSound.

Pressing the centre and right knobs simultaneously to access the Settings Menu has stopped working, though the knobs retain their independent functionality.

Is there any chance that SS can add a MIDI message to do that (similar to the CC120)? Or a Sysex message?
(My BB is one of the first 500 units that came out of your Indiegogo campaign in 2013 and I can’t afford a new one)
