Hello, I can no longer access the Settings menu using the two buttons on my BeatBuddy 1. I get the message “Drum set is jazz” when I press both the Drumset and Tempo buttons at the same time.
When I press Tempo only, nothing happens.
Could anyone help me?

It sounds like the digital encoder for tempo has stopped working. You can try to find the part and either replace it or pay someone else to do so. Singular Sound does not have parts and does not repair pedals. If it’s still under warranty you can reach out to support@singularsound.com or the vendor that sold it.
