Undo while waiting for transition

I know I may be asking for a lot but anything thing that I find that can be improved I will add to this list for it doesn’t hurt asking.
When we are transitioning from one part to another (part one playing and part 2 flashing to represent oncoming transition) the undo function stops working. This is a bit of a bummer if there is quite a few bars to wait the undo function is locked
