Using a BeatBuddy Mini 2 without an instrument

This should be a simple question… I typically use my BBM2 with my guitar running through it which means it goes through my guitar amp. I would rather run it through my p.a./vocal amp to get a better sound, as recommended in the user guide. In order to do that is there a way to switch it on other than plugging a loose patch cable into the input?.. Scratch that… just a loose cable in the power line… all good

I’ve used these for other pieces of equipment that didn’t have a power switch, so tried one on my Beat Boy (my preferred name for the product). It fit perfectly and worked nicely.
