I’ve noticed USPS deliveries can sometimes get delayed or returned because of small address errors — even a missing apartment number or wrong ZIP code can cause big issues.
With so many businesses depending on USPS for shipping and mail, keeping address data accurate seems more important than ever.
How are you all making sure your customer addresses are correct before sending out mail or packages?

I told Sweetwater not to use USPS to deliver my BB2. They have screwed up the last four deliveries and sent them back to the shipper. FEDEX will deliver my BB2 sometimes on Thursday. I’m looking forward to having it for my songwriting and recording projects.
Our addresses are based on the 911 emergency systems so it has direct GPS location for the residence. Some the The 2700 block of addresses is where my house is located but my address is 2267,where my rental house is 150’ across the yard and it’s 2739. FEDEX and Amazon has never had a problem with finding my house but USPS hasn’t found my house for more than 10 years. Go figure huh!!
My only gripe with Fedex is they’ll give a delivery day which seems to line up with where it is on tracking and on the delivery day it shows ‘out for delivery’, but then at the end of the day for whatever reason it gets rescheduled for the next day. I don’t like to leave a package on the front steps and some packages need a signature, so I hang around at home waiting for Fedex needlessly when I could be doing other things.
