Beware of the Android app version 1.8.0!

The Android app was recently updated to 1.8.0 and it seems to be missing many features such as:

  • Browse Commands
  • Browse Custom Modes
  • (The possibility to copy Custom Modes)
  • Exp Pedal setup for Positional mode

Is this intended or a mistake?

I’m currently switching phones and thus I need to start from scratch. And I’m not sure I ever want to move away from the Positional mode of exp Pedal :no_mouth: But I can’t update my custom mode without rewriting the exp Pedal settings :grimacing:

Your situation is indeed unfortunate. But to my knowledge you’re the first (or second) to report this new problem so you couldn’t have been able to know what was waiting for you :no_mouth:

I guess now we just need to wait for a new Android version to fix the issues :thinking:

Just to make sure @BeatBuddy_Support is aware of this, right? @BrennanSingularSound do you know? :upside_down_face:

And yes, in the case of default modes factory reset would help. But users like me who only use custom mode it wouldn’t help much :thinking:
