my volume pot has no sweep to the value. it is either 0%, 45% or 100%. the knob turns but only those three values ever come up. I have downloaded the latest firmware, turned it off and on again - all that. Any ideas?
@HilariousForumName Can you send me a video of this happening to my email address support@singularsound.com ? I may need to replace it, but I’d like to see what’s happening first in video.
Also, what is the firmware version that appears when you select ‘About BeatBuddy’ from the BeatBuddy’s menu options?
