Web site - support tools

Hi,

In the process of upgrading the firware, I thought I could find instruction easily on Singular Sound’s web site but there was not. I finally find this page after a Google research : https://singularsound.com/tools/firmware/ and it’s what I was looking for.

Question : why is it so hard to find on your site ? Should be clearly available in the support page in the support page in my opinion.

Instructions are also in the manual as I found after a lengthy search like you did. The instructions should be included as a ‘readme’ file with the updates or otherwise easily located.
Singular does need to do better with support documentation. It tends to bridge into the old forum as well the BeatBuddy Premium Library site, rather than consolidated to a single point.
