Still waiting for the Autopilot version of the Beats packs to re-populate the shop….I have the Drum Kit HD pack sitting the the cart awaiting the release (or re-release as it WAS there prior, but is no longer) of the Autopilot enabled beats.
Can someone (outside persist who will undoubtedly move this post and not bother to reply) directly from Singular Sound answer this please?
It’s likely that the delay is because these packs aren’t yet fully ready or stable, and Singular Sound prefers to postpone the release rather than launch an incomplete product that would trigger a flood of questions and complaints.
Sorry, no I disagree. As I wrote, if you read the post, was they WERE there and indeed I had the Autopilot version pack in the basket, however when I went back to finalise the sale a day or so back, all that was there was the HD drum kits and ONLY the standard version of the beats. The Autopilot tag was gone!
They probably pulled the pack as soon as they saw you coming with your cart—a real VIP service… or maybe it’s one of those secret deals that vanishes the moment you try to pay!
Just see it

Why do people, when they know nothing and have no idea of what is going on, resort to being a “smart-arse” and try (in this case very poorly) to to be witty or funny?
I understand you had the Autopilot-tagged files in your cart, but it looks like they’ve disappeared. Maybe those files weren’t fully finalized, and the manufacturer decided to pull them temporarily for adjustments — that’s what comes to mind when I read your post.
You sound a bit disappointed or even regretful about your purchase, the BB2, since it didn’t meet your expectations right away, and that’s understandable. Still, on the Beat Boutique website, it clearly says that new compatible content is coming soon. Rome wasn’t built in a day — I’m sure they’ll sort it out soon enough.
Let’s keep it civil! We understand your frustration, and we hope to clarify everything very soon
Although I don’t have an official statement on when the pre-order bundle collection will be available, the purchasable online content has been updated. The bundle content release is imminent!
All artist content will be automatically enabled to have AP. There will be no need to purchase an “AP version”, you can put the AP-enabled songs on your BB1 using the BBMO, the BB1 just ignores the AP information.
Thank you guys for your patience, and we apologize for any confusion
thanks Brennan. Yes as I wrote above, SS have only JUST inserted tat on to the shop page It’s Wednesday here, but at this time yesterday morning it was not, and hasn’t been there, since reference to autopilot was removed from the description.
Are there any “roadmaps” for future beat packs, Swing and 50s/60’s Rock and Roll for example?
I tend to agree with you. It’s hard enough, trying to figure out new hardware and software when it is stable. If the new collections would’ve been sent with flaws, this would’ve added a whole other level of confusion to an already confusing learning curve. I totally understand the eagerness to want it all, especially if you know all the ins and outs to the prior software or you are a quick learner, “that I am learning I am definitely not”. Patience is a virtue. I would much rather Singular Sound release it’s software later but finished then on time and unstable.I appreciate how much Singular Sound cares about the devices they create.
