Seems like a lot of twists and turns to get new files uploaded. Why no phone support?
Bear in mind this is a very small team, so you can email and there is a number somewhere as someone else here asked the same question not too long ago. However there are various videos been made by them and you may find mine helpful as well - taking to someone is not going to make the process easier. Once you understand the processes it is fairly easy - what are you trying to do?
