I have my beatbuddy updated to the latest firmware and the yamaha md bt01 isn’t even turning on, it’s working perfectly with my other synths and devices. What to do?
Is your Singular Sound MIDI Sync Adapter working? If not, this may be why your BT-101 is not working.
I’m not using the original breakout midi cable I’m using a yamaha and it’s working with the md bt01 on other devices
How are you connecting your BT-101 to the BeatBuddy pedal?
Via a yamaha midi adapter, similar to singular sound breakout midi adapter and it’s working with the md bt01 on other devices, the md bt01 turns one when plugged in this adapter in other devices
Sorry, but unless you are using the Singular Sound MIDI Sync Adapter, your Yamaha BT-101 has no way to properly connect to the BeatBuddy pedal and that’s why it will not work.
