Aeros 3.4.2-6x6-Play doesn't start on the measure

6X6 mode
Quantize
Midi in start: PLAYBACK

The aeros is midi slaved synchronized (from a pro keystep)

-I record a loop on track 1 (6x6 mode)
-I play the loop, it is syncronized
-I stop the loop (the pro keystep continues to play)

-I restart play on the aeros, it starts on the next measure :grinning:
-I stop the loop (the pro keystep continues to play)
-I restart play on the aeros, it starts instantly. :unamused:

Sometimes the loop restart playing ON the next measure, sometimes it restart IMMEDIATLY :thinking:

But not exactly, whereas you seem to have intermittent success, I’ve experienced only the Aeros starting immediately once I stop it leave the external clock running (I’m still on the previous official build though)

It’s not exactly similar because sometimes the play starts on the beat during the first stop / play but then it starts instantly during play. In this case, it no longer fits on the beat.

Hey there!

I have seen this before but it is rather sporadic, not entirely sure how Aeros loses the one after it has found it, I believe the 1 is set when the BB starts is first tapped, but I am not fully sure here.

I’don’t use BB, i use different midi sequencer as Master clock (keystep, MoXF, e2S) and the problem is the same.

I imagine it is related to the Start command, we’ll have to investigate further how this can be kept in sync always.
