Hey not sure if you’re still on the forum! Just bought the beatbuddy, haven’t hooked it to a computer yet, but can any song be labeled opb? Can I go and change the preloaded songs to this?
‘They have to be rewritten and rearranged to be an OPB. For example, the BB Premium songs have no bass parts. Those would need to be created, and then the individual song section would need to be strung together in the correct sequence to create an OPB. Most of us who make OPB songs find an existing midi arrangement and strip out everything except the bass and drums. Then you move the bass part to the correct octave for the desired BB “with bass” kit and combine the two parts (drum + bass) into one midi track.
