My BeatBuddy Mini 2 appears to be functioning but there is no sound. Worked fine for a couple of months then for no reason it stopped sending a signal to my PA. I tried everything I could think of but still no sound. What can I do?

Of things you thought to try, did you try a different cable to connect to the PA?

I am facing the same issue all of a sudden. Is there any way I can fix this, or the beatbuddy mini is not going to work anymore. Very disappointed with the product in that case.

I have the same no sound problem with Beatbuddy Mini, (version 1)
Working fine one minute, no sound the next day.
All lights & functions seem to be working, but no sound out.
Tried different cables etc.
If anyone can please help with this issue.
Singular Sound Support says I need to replace the pedal, although it appears to be functioning, no sound. To me it seems to be a common problem from reading these posts & Googling, the pedal sound working one minute, stopped the next. What a waste of money.
No parts are available to users to repair. Buyers beware of this issue before spending so much money.
Very Very disappointed with this product, which I believed to be a quality build. Yes, great sound when working but no good if you can’t hear it.
Costly to replace, mine didn’t have that much use.
