Beat Buddy mini...died (almost)

Hello,
My Beat Buddy mini suddenly went silent, dispite showing all the leds working correctly.
Seems to be working, but produces no sounds.
I could easily find a few other owners with the same problem (see links below). So it’s probably factory issue.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Please…

No Sound on Beatbuddy Mini - repair options

I have a Beatbuddy Mini, great pedal, I really like this pedal. All of a sudden there is no sound, working one minute no sound the next. All functions seem to be working but I can’t hear anything, I have checked & changed the lead cables & amp. Can anyone tell me how to repair this pedal, or where I can buy parts.

BB Mini 2 no sound

My BeatBuddy Mini 2 appears to be functioning but there is no sound. Worked fine for a couple of months then for no reason it stopped sending a signal to my PA. I tried everything I could think of but still no sound. What can I do? Hopefully yours, Dave

Beatbuddy mini silent

I have an older beatbuddy mini, which has performed faultlessly for years except for the genre light being a little temperamental. When doing a sound check for a gig today it has gone silent. The display works, all controls work the signal goes through and works, but no sound whatever level the volume is set at… any suggestions? I got through the gig using the drum machine built into my loop pedal, but it’s clearly nowhere near as good. Steve

BB Mini no sound

My BB Mini suddenly stopped working. Display lights up, tempo lights blink, checked cords and connections. However, no sound. I’m having trouble finding a full manual on line and searching the forums hasn’t yielded anything yet. Unit is only six months old. Thank you.

If your unit is still under warranty Singular Sound will repair or replace. I agree it must be a design fault if we are all having the same issue. I will reach out for replacement again to them BeatBuddy Support support@singularsound.com suggest we all do the same. Great unit, expensive if they just stop working, mine didn’t have that much use. I noticed there is a beatbuddy Mini 2, perhaps they have fixed the problem with the new design.
