My BB Mini suddenly stopped working. Display lights up, tempo lights blink, checked cords and connections. However, no sound.
I’m having trouble finding a full manual on line and searching the forums hasn’t yielded anything yet. Unit is only six months old.

Did you ever get this fixed. I’ve just had the exact sans problem. I emailed support last night but no answer yet .
Check to make sure that replies from Support are not going to spam or junk e-mail folders
Thanks .not there. I’ll give them time .A bit disappointiing. I only had the unit (second hand) a couple of days and it worked fine then I tried it on day 3 and nothing- no output - all the lights and displays work just no sound. Tried different cables and different amps but no difference .
