I noticed that some of the original factory content (i.e. BB1 “Blues” factory content) doesn’t play on BBMO & BB2 … telling me i. e. “Error reading song: Blues 2” & sure enough it appears “empty” on BB2 … funny enough it would perfectly well on the original BBM (I haven’t got BB1 anymore to check) … I noticed on some of the OPB’s I recently made BBMO can’t read the midi file … if I import in the original BBM it plays fine … if I export the midi file & import it in BBMO it tells me “can’t read midi file” … any help appreciated …
I just tested the Default Content 2.1 Blues folders and all the songs open and play fine on the BBMO and the BB2 pedal.
Try importing this song and see if it works. If it does, you might have some corruption in your project and if that’s the case, download a fresh copy of the BeatBuddy_Default_Content+2.1-Project-SD_Card_Backup and give that a try.
Cheers for the prompt reply, will check this later and let you know…. have you had the issue of importing a midifile for a song part and BB2 not able to read it? Happened to me a couple of times now….
Had to replace quite a number of pbf’s in my project with the ones from newly downloaded content file and my local downloads…. all working fine now on BBMO and BB2
