Can you add Date Added or Date Modified to the list? That way we can sort by newest, and not have to search the entire list each time looking for additions.
Greetings! I just got my BeatBuddy over the weekend and have been enjoying it tremendously! I even made my first 6 song worship set list last night with great success (I am so proud of myself ;0)
Question: I have a bunch of songs that I added to the list at http://www.beatbuddytools.com/worship-songs/ I have a master spreadsheet formatted tot he specs on the site and cleaned up all of the Drum Kits and Beats so they match exactly what is in the BeatBuddy. I also did the work of attributing an artist to each song. Now all we need to do is populate the Kit, BB Beat and BPM fields.
Who do I need to talk to to get what I have uploaded to the BBTools website?

This is just a list that facilitates matching a given song to an existing beat on your Beat Buddy. For example, if you want to play Proud Mary, you would dial up the Blues 2 beat on the Beat Buddy. Pretty handy.

Oh,I see . Wish I could pay someone chump change to use their manager & make me about 40 backing tracks. Petty,Frampton,Ac dc etc STP Plush,Cars moving in stereo ā¦maybe one day I;'ll get good enough to figure out the manager,looks complex.

Well, first, CSV is the correct extension here. It stands for [U]c[/U]omma-[U]s[/U]eparated [U]v[/U]alues. You can read about that on Wiki.
The fact that Excel also uses the CSV file format does not in any way relate to the BeatBuddy, and currently BeatBuddy is unable to play Excel files. Though this seems like a fun idea
BeatBuddy uses CSV files to enumerate all items in the current directory. It is actually a simple text file that you can open with any text editor like Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac). The format itself is pretty easy to guess - it is simply a mapping between mangled name (like 0D35F6F.BBS) to the real song name (like, Queen - The Show Must Go On).

I added a Date Modified column to the Worship Song list. I donāt have access to the other list(s) but Iāll shoot @namedeplume[/USER] & [USER=1628]@ChicagoJoe a message and see if we can add it to everything.
Hello, I downloaded most of the songs I like for the BeatBuddy drum songs area, then used the Manager to add them to a folder just called, MusicMix101, then when done that it only took about 25% of the ones I downloaded to the folder, it didnāt see them as the right type of file? The when discounect the pedal and see if my folder was there which was not,??? Anyhow will go over the videos + info in these sites to see what I can do ok? Also updated to new version before I added the songsā¦ or try too. Any ideas folks?

How many songs are there? Each folder can currently only hold 99 songs. Any of the songs have strange characters, commas, slashes etcā¦?
ok wil check these things out but donāt have that many, will see if the words are different as you mention thanks for the info ok 
when I try to add a song hereās what it says? āCannot Parse Portable Song C:/User/Chief/Downloads/BeatBuddySongs Bad Moon Riosing CCR.sng. Skipping Fileā ???
This answer is in the box but on top is says this okā¦ Wrong Portable Song Fomat? OK ???
Almost everytime there is a song import issue, itās due to you needing to download the latest BB Manager. make sure you get the latest!
I did that before I downloaded the songs from the Library???
maybe go back to old version and try that? 
If you are on the latest version, I would contact the creator and have them export a song for the most recent versionā¦ iāve contributed a number of songs, and i hope that if old ones arenāt working theyād let me know. I donāt think iāve had problems importing old songs with new bb managers, but I know songs created with new bb managers wonāt import into old bb managers. (if that made any sense!)
