Hi, I just got a Beatbuddy yesterday. Sorry if it’s already been discussed, but I didn’t see a fix in the discussion I already looked at. It worked fine last night until I set it on the floor, and it turned off. Wouldn’t turn back on . A little while later it turned on, but this morning when I downloaded the new update and plugged it back in it wouldn’t find the sd card, shut off after a minute and won’t turn on again.
The power supply seems like a very cheap one. Could this be my probem?

From your description, it sounds like your power adapter jack going into the BeatBuddy (BB) pedal is not making good electrical connection. This may have caused your pedal to go into a comatose state during the firmware update.
Try following the instructions at this link Pedal does not power on and if this doesn’t work, contact Support, support@singularsound.com
