The concept behind this kit was what happens when miscellaneous musicians show up at a coffee house with a collection of oddball instruments. So, we have a bowed bass, because the bass player prefers his bow, an Appalachian hammered dulcimer, a banjo, and my collection of assorted percussion. I just felt like having some fun with an arrangement, and we already have another Friend of the Devil on the Forum.
