If you need assistance with the firmware update or creating playlists, please contact us at support@singularsound.com.

Once the firmware is updated, you can create playlists according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Zene7bXVJC0

Alternatively, you can also use the BeatBuddy Manager Online to make a playlist. You also have the option to create a new folder, where you can change the song name, duplicate songs, and adjust tempo and name as needed. You can also use the Playlists function by clicking the Playlists tab in the top-left corner of BBMO.
