Try it with another SD card if possible, also I assume these play fine in the BB manager, you could also try the suggestion from Daefecator below.

I am not even sure how sync should work in Windows version to be honest, lol.

I’ve never used that, actually! Current BBManager may seem a bit complicated.
I always just (overwrite) copy the four folders DRUMSETS, EFFECTS, PARAMS and SONGS directly from the project to the root of the SD card
