…often the BB lost his programming for the footswitch, when I change the SD-card?.. what can I do?..its better to switch off the BB before?

It sounds like you are using the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) software and if this is the case, it’s a known issue and one of the reasons that Singular Sound is encouraging users to switch to and start using the BBM Online software.
