Midi Maestro delayed again!

Mark_Wellendorf: Finally got the Midi Maestro. Then the Beatbuddy started flashing the volume and tempo screen. Singular Sound Support said I would need to buy a new Beatbuddy. They said that the parts wear out after 3 years!

Hi @Mark_Wellendorf as I mentioned on Facebook, we’ve had a failure rate of less than 1% over the past 5 years. I didn’t mean that all units will fail. My apologies for the misunderstanding.

I think that most people on this forum can speak to the quality of our products.

I can speak to the quality of the products and the people who back them. That’s why I quoted Mark and tagged support with a question mark. It seemed odd to me given what I know. Happy to see this response – which is what I expected.
