Hello - So has ANYONE been able to successfully update from 1.1.9 to 1.1.11 using iphone and ios 26.4.2? I have tried every which way and the MM app always shows a successful transfer for both the firmware update and “defualt mode” yet my MM never shows 1.1.11, only 1.1.9. Yes I keep turning MM off to act as reboot. Thanks
For updating the firmware, please use a Mac or Windows computer, as the update process via iPhone/iOS is not supported and may not complete correctly.

Tried to update the MM tonight using the MAC desktop installer version and version 1.1.11 images. The installation appeared to go well and the installer informed me the update was successful. Unfortunately the MM has a different opinion as it appears to be bricked now with the top 3 screens displaying “EPROM INVALID.”
Mac OS is latest version of Sequoia, 15.7.7.
Have not found any helpful suggestions to solve this issue.
You should not have any problems updating your MM using macOS Sequoia and the regular iOS MM update. The macOS app is supposed to work when iOS 24.x versions fail (which Apple has fixed with newer releases of the iOS). As a side note, iOS and iPad OS 25.x and 26.2 beta versions all seem to work fine with the MIDI Maestro.
I have attempted to reload the OS update several times. I downloaded the linked files again. The firmware updater says that the MM is loaded with 1.1.11 OS, but the screen is still locked with the “EPROM INVALID” message in the top 3 screens. I’ll try to reach out to support tomorrow, but I may need to swap out quickly with the retailer as the gear needs to ship off for tour rehearsals at the end of this upcoming week.
The process requires two steps. If you’ve already applied both steps, you can disregard this post.
After (1) updating the firmware and you still get the invalid EEPROM display, power cycle the pedal, then (2) update the Default Modes and then power cycle the pedal again.
FINALLY!!! I am up to date and connecting to the app. Now let’s see if it will do what we want it to do.
