I am new. How do I load this to my BB? I take the file to my computer then attempt to upload it to the manager by clicking import song. All it does is give me the blue circle. nothing happens.

The file is a compressed file (.zip), you have to unzip it first, in the zipfile there are three songs (.sng) you can import into your BB
