I want to record a song I wrote using Reaper as my DAW and I love to use BEATBUDDY 2 for my drums. Can anyone please help me with your recommendations on how to accomplish this as a noob with the BEATBUDDY 2? I’m not great in Reaper, but I’ve recorded a few test songs in it as I’m learning. I’m not experienced at all with BBM or BBFF, but I’ve been learning as quickly as I can.

What exactly do I need midi wise to be able to work in BBM, or BBFFso I can retrieve and also record with my BB ON ANY DAW platform? Do I need a midi pedal such as midi master? I have Reaper and a new TASCAM DP24 that I use for recording. I’ve never used midi But for a little hooking up to a keyboard to keys module in the 90”s, and I’m not a drummer so any help would be appreciated.
