Sometimes transition does not work, BB stays in current part

Hi,
I have an issue with the transition. When I hold the pedal sometimes it does not go to the next part. What happens is that the color changes to white and it sais transition (and plays the transition), but as soon as released, the BB stays in the current part.
This happens like once in every 4 times I do a transition.

  • All default settings.
  • Recently updated everything. Version 3.9.9.3
  • Tried power off/on.
  • Tried with and without footswitch connected.
