The advertising and the webpages are supposed to be taken down as they clearly say it is working with zeros when it is not yet.
Support said a future firmware should fix this but for now it is only for BB2
so big mess between the engineers and the marketing. I did not go to check if the webpages were corrected to remove the mention of the zeros support for the super switch
@olivierm It would be great if a super switch could work with the Aeros looper. There is always the “Midi Maestro” but plugging another device into my electrical outlet is something I’m trying to avoid.
I also asked why the Super Switch didn’t have a thru port to connect two super switches together on one foot switch port on the BB2, leaving the 2nd foot switch port available for a velocity/ volume or tempo pedal. I believe they said it would be too demanding on the one port.
I agree with you. The most useful feature of SuperSwitch for those of us who use the machines on a desktop would be to replicate the behavior of onboard FS.
Especially if you have an Aeros Silver with noisy FS like me.
Given that the Aeros and BB2 have a total of 6 FS, there would be no reason to omit this.
It would be infinitely more useful than a list of several dozen assignable parameters for only 6 foot switches.
But I didn’t want to say this in the firmware update thread, so as not to seem ungrateful.
I know, we have a lot of ideas. Lol, but they’re not bad ideas. BB2 and Aeros looper are great!! I’ll even pre-order the Bass Buddy when they announce it.
