…and another I heard someone doing recently and thought maybe this would be a surprising and good fit for the band (much like your Walking on Sunshine post). Thanks again!
Hi persist,
I’ve tried a couple of time to import this song (V2) but each time bbmo bugs…
Any idea why?
Thanks
I just downloaded and unzipped the file from the forum and imported and successfully played both songs in the BBMO.
Delete the zip file and files from your computer; download, unzip and import to the BBMO again. They’ll play.
I guess I wasn’t clear sorry. I can’t import the song at all, it freezes bbmo with the timer lasting on and on. So I don’t even know if I can play it. I tried it several times even after deleting the previous zip…
Will probably have to check with the support.
Jeff
Which version of the BBMO; 1.5.6 or the beta 2.0.2?
I’ve successfully imported and played it in the BBM, BBMO 1.5.6 and BBMO 2.0.2b
Let’s start with the typical help desk line: “restart your computer.” ![]()
You can try using a different browser—I’m able to import and play it in Google Chrome, Vivaldi, Opera and Dia. I haven’t tried MS Edge.
Try importing this song to a different folder in your BBMO.
If you are using a firewall, try turning it off temporarily to import and play the song.
Same thing goes for any anti-virus, turn it off momentarily and try again.
Do the same if you’re using a VPN.
Don’t forget to turn the above back on when done testing.
And if it still doesn’t work, by all means, contact Support, support@singularsound.com
Please let us know what resolved the issue.

Hi Persist,
I’m using the beta version for a while now.
I guess the problem came from the zip/unzip format because when I imported the song from your last message it worked fine, so problem solved, thanks!
