Anyone have, or know where in BeatBuddy to find, a floor-tom type of beat along the lines of Who Do You Love / I Want Candy?

You really need to learn how to use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) the quick start guide is helpful resources and you can also view some of the video tutorials hosted by Singular Sound.
I found in ‘Country3’ second line , that it gets close , as well.
For I Want Candy i use the beat available on here for U2 Desire not perfect but it works fine

And when all else fails and you want to use a one-press beat, you can usually find what you’re looking for by searching for the song name using “Who Do You Love” using the quotes. In this case, you’d get:
