I’ve run into an issue with audio that was recorded all of a sudden being out of sync with itself. The loop was recorded well, but after subsequent playbacks all tracks started playing back at different tempos. It seems like some sort of latency issue. The Aeros is synced with Beatbuddy, although the tempo on BeatBuddy will fluctuate between 110 and 109, as an example. Another issue is ghost tracks show up on occasion in a song. I recorded a song and the audio of track one and four got blended together on track one. Part 4 was muted, but kept on playing anyway. I had to erase the song and start from scratch twice. The third time, I disconnected Beatbuddy and just played along with the metronome, but when I resynced with BeadBuddy the tracks were slightly off again.
Sounds like the bpm changed since you recorded the loop?
Easy to happen if you have any type of clock coming in.
No clock. Just Aeros and BeatBuddy. It’s very bizarre. Each loop is way off of the tempo that it was recorded at. Of course this kind of thing only happens to me. Lol
The second statement doesn’t guarantee the first.
Once you connect the Aeros and BeatBuddy you might be passing the clock without realizing it. There are settings to avoid this, and it’s easier to avoid if the Aeros is the master with only Aeros midi out to BB midi in.
