When I export a song the editor internet page freezes and doesn’t export the song. Any help?

I just tested it in macOS Chrome and am able to successfully export a song. That would seem to rule out a problem with Chrome.
Can you export any other song? If not, quit Chrome and start the BBMO again.
Do any other functions in the BBMO not work, e.g., Import Song or Export Drumset?
If still not working, try restarting your computer.
If this still is not working, and if you still have the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) on your computer, try to export the song from the BBM.
