This was fixed by BBMO version 1.5.6 and BeatBuddy version 4.1.7 is needed for full compatibility with the latest BBMO

Just a note that v2.0.x for the BBMO will be moving from beta to official soon, and this version will also work fine for BeatBuddy 1 and has this issue solved.
