i have downloaded the drum beat but i cant get any sound from the file on my beat buddy im at a bit of a loss what to do

I just tested the download, import and playing of the song and the kit and it plays and sounds in the BBMO and my BeatBuddy (BB) pedal.

Does the song play and have sound in the BBMO?

  • If it does, check the settings on your BeatBuddy (BB) pedal: Main Pedal - Default drumset - Enabled
  • If it does not have sound in the BBMO: check that you have a complete download and import of the kit by selecting the Drum Sets tab in the BBMO; scroll to the SUB-Standard Pro Plain kit and check that the kit size is 99.17MB

If it is less than 99.17MB, it probably means you did not get a good download of the kit. Delete the kit from the BBMO as well as the SUB-Standard Pro Plain zip file from your computer. Download, unzip and import the SUB-Standard Pro Plain kit again and make sure to select the kit for the song.
  • If it still doesn’t play, delete the song from the BBMO, and zip file from your computer. Download, unzip and import the song you want from the Let Me Roll It - Paul McCartney and Wings folder.

Let us know if this helps (or not).

Hi deleted it all and started again re downloaded I have checked everything you’ve said all settings are correct and it still doesn’t work on my bb2 it plays fine on the online manager the drums are perfect just can’t get it to play on my pedal .

I have tried the same drum profile with another song on the pedal and it seems to work but not for let me roll it song 1 dop

Here’s screen shots of how the song should appear in the BB2 display as well as the settings. Keep in mind that you can’t always start playing the song immediately—you have to give the drum set time to load (there’s a white bar across the top of the display that advances as the kit loads.

Song.pdf (15.0 MB)
Setting.pdf (12.3 MB)

If this still doesn’t sound on your pedal, try changing the drum set to Standard or Rock on the pedal—not the BBMO. If it has sound, try changing it back to the SUB-Standard Pro Plain kit.

If this still doesn’t work, you’ll probably need the help from Support, support@singularsound.com as I’ve exhausted about all I can do.

Thank you so much for your help it’s very much appreciated. I have sorted it now (hooray) I didn’t have the intro selected on the pedal it’s pretty obvious really as the drums are in the intro . It’s an absolutely brilliant track Thankyou so much for doing it for me .
